    Singapore, a melting pot of East and West, is celebrated in a programme curated by SCO Yangqin Principal Qu Jianqing. Renowned conductor Pang Kapang will lead SCO in performing two of his commissioned works by Macao Chinese Orchestra and Suzhou Chinese Orchestra, Macao Capriccio and Gan Jiang Mo Ye Fantasia. SCO Erhu musician Xu Wenjing will also be performing the technically challenging erhu concerto Dreamscapes, written by Liu Changyuan.

    • Concession tickets are non-transferable
    • Please note that random checks on concession tickets will be conducted at the point of entry. Patrons unable to present proof of eligibility (valid concession card) are required to upgrade their concession tickets to full price tickets.

    Rating / Age Limit

    • No admission for infants in arms and children below 6 years old, even with a ticket.*
    • Children 6 years and above must purchase a ticket for entry. No admission without a valid ticket.
    • Please bring along proof of child’s age, such as a student concession pass, as random checks may be conducted at the venue.
    • We reserve the right to ask parents to bring children out of the hall should they be disruptive during the performance.

    *Except Young Children Concert: children under 6 years old will be allowed admission to this concert. Ticket required for all ages, with the exception of infant in arms.


    Late Seating Advisory

    • Please be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time.
    • There will be no admission into the venue once the performance has commenced.
    • Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate pauses during the show or during intermission, if any.
